How does Resumed AI work?
Upload your resume (PDF), paste a job description, and tap "Start Optimizing." Our AI analyzes both documents and generates a tailored, ATS-optimized resume in under 2 minutes. Resumed AI is available on Google Play and the App Store.
Can I use Resumed AI without creating an account?
Yes. You can continue as a guest. However, guest accounts are tied to your device and cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app or clear its data. We recommend signing in with Google or Apple for a persistent account.
How many free optimizations do I get?
Free users get 3 resume optimizations. After that, a premium subscription is required for unlimited optimizations.
How do I subscribe to Premium?
Tap the upgrade banner on the home screen or go to Profile > Upgrade. Choose a monthly or yearly plan. Payment is processed through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your device's app store:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Resumed AI > Cancel.
- Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Resumed AI > Cancel.
Cancelling stops future charges but you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
I need a refund. How do I request one?
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google: Google Play refund page
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Go to Profile > Restore Purchases. This syncs your subscription status with your Apple ID or Google Play account.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Delete Account. This removes your account and associated app data. You can also request deletion by emailing innovationlumen@gmail.com. Note: active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through your device's app store settings.
Is my resume data safe?
Yes. Your resume is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The optimization is taking too long. What should I do?
Optimizations typically complete within 1–2 minutes. If it takes longer than 5 minutes, close the app and reopen it — your result will be available in your history if it completed. If the issue persists, contact us at support@resumedai.app.
